The Sanskrit word Alaya literally means "all ground," which suggests a foundation or basis. It is often translated as "substratum." And it is also translated to mean "store" or "storehouse of consciousness." Alaya Retreat will be a Yogashala which will host guests to let them connect with their own consciousness through rural tourism, local food and mindful activities through the day.
