Is a systematically partitioned campus and is believed that it is here the state mint was located and is roughly 200 m long and 800 m wide. It is considered that it was where the city’s administrative and high-ranking officers lived. Danaik refers to commander in chief or Mayor of the city. It is also believed to have been used as a military training area for the elite army. Presence of Mosque inside the campus is shown as the presence of Muslim trainers (horse riding) from the northern provinces along with the presence of the array of granaries at the north and the Bhojanasala (Dining Hall) at the south of this area. Major attractions: Mohammedan Watch Tower (a very good specimen of Hampi's military architecture), 'The Mosque', 'Band Tower', the Idgah (an open payer area), seat of Danaik, Underground Shiva Temple and Hazara Rama Temple
